罗正鸿,1972年12月出生于江西泰和,浙江大学博士毕业,上海交通大学化学化工学院研究员,博士生导师[1] 
一直从事反应工程及高分子化工方面的研发工作,涉及体系集中在聚烯烃制备过程、特种氟硅高分子制备过程、煤制通用化工原料(如烯烃、醇等)以及石油加工等能源化工过程。受邀在多个国外或境外大学访问及交流,多个国际及国内学术会议(含分会场)特邀或邀请或主题报告;目前与多个国外大学及研究院有合作,并受邀担任中国石油PP国产化技术咨询专家及土耳其Yildiz Tecnical University“聚烯烃循环流化床设计”项目的国际技术顾问[2]

采用化学工程学科中的精髓“三传一反”知识并紧密结合化学工程学科发展的最前沿方向及热点(化工产品工程及化工时空的多尺度)解决上述化工材料制备过程中出现的关键与共性问题(反应器开发与流程设计)是我们的研究宗旨。研究工作既把化学工程学科的核心内容与学科发展中出现的新特点紧密结合起来,又密切联系了国内工业实际,做到所选课题具有“基础性、前瞻性、针对性及实用性”四性(在本室深造的同学既能学以致用(方便找工作),又能发表漂亮文章(有助继续深造))(已毕业学生在本室取得成果及毕业出路说明了我室人才培养的成效)。

烯烃(丙烯)聚合工程
以消化吸收国外主流丙烯聚合工艺,自主开发先进的丙烯聚合工艺为目标,
基于化学工程思路并具体采用聚合(冷/热)模试、分子/随机模拟以及化工流程模拟与优化等技术手段从多尺度(分子、细观及宏观尺度)角度系统研究丙烯聚合过程。
研究重点:工业丙烯聚合体系的传递规律、聚合动力学规律、工业主流的聚合反应器模型、丙烯聚合主流工艺的全流程模型及优化、新型聚丙烯催化剂设计、制备及考评。
氟硅特种防污高分子涂料(聚合)工程
致力于具有自主知识产权的特种建筑/海洋防污涂料的开发与产业化,基于仿生学思想(自然界某些植物特有的防污功能、海洋生物天然的抗污能力),
构建与制备超低表面能及超疏水性并具有微相分离结构的氟硅聚合物用作特种防污涂料的基料,
进行涂料配方设计和复配以及涂料性能测试,甚至产业化。
研究重点:特种防污涂料基料(氟硅聚合物)构建、氟硅聚合物的合成及结构表征、氟硅高分子体系的自组装性能及其未模板的纳米颗粒可控制备、特种防污涂料配方设计及复配、涂料应用性能测试及工业化。
现代化工技术在化工行业中实际应用
采用夹点技术、反应器模型化技术、化工流程模拟与优化技术及化工系统集成等技术对国内现有反应器、化工工艺流程的能量与物料消耗进行衡算及分析,
指出用能与物料消耗瓶颈,并提出节能降耗建议及实施措施。
目前集中在以下几方面的工作:化工新流程开发与优化、现代化工技术在石油化工行业中的应用。

研究得到国家科技部(863、973项目各1项)、国家基金委(4项)、国防总装备部(1项)、国重实验室(3项)、福建省科技厅(2项)、中国石化、中国石油、烟台万华及中国蓝星股份公司(其中6项资助经费超100万元的企业课题,成功参与开发了2项高端化工产品(国内市场有售)并成功指导改造与优化了多项大型工业反应器与流程)等单位的强有力支持。
